Ice is a 12 year old sorrel gelding. He has been used in 4-h and open shows for many years. We purchased Ice a few years ago for our 8 year old son to use for speed events in 4-H. Prior to our purchase of him, he was used in speed events, lesson horse, reining, showmanship, trail,pleasure and horsemanship. We have used him for speed events, halter and trail. He is a very quiet horse and does not get hyped up for the speed events, very safe for a young rider. He always knows when a young rider is on top, for he will only go as fast as he feels you are comfortable with. It is very easy to get a very slow pleasure trot and lope out of him. I guess you could call him an all around horse. We are wanting to sell Ice now because John has advanced to a different game horse and we no longer need Ice Man. He is easy to catch, clip, load, bathe and loves attention. He is up to date on all shots and worming. Feet are trimmed or shoes have been put on him every 6-8 weeks year around. He is a solid black 2005 stallion. He has been imprinted at birth, haltered and lead by two young boys. Loves attention, great topline, he has the beautiful Funquest head, great disposition, large eye, wonderful confirmation. Excellent blood lines that would make an excellent stallion or gelding, show or pleasure or breeding prospect. He is current on all shots and worming.
